One workspace for managing people and daily operations

Overview
An internal system for managing people and work
E2 is an internal management system designed for an electronics e-commerce company. It brings staff, communication, performance and tasks into one clear interface built for the team running daily operations.

Problem
Hard to manage at a glance
Scattered navigation
Menu items were split in a way that made it hard to find things quickly.
Data without context
Statistics existed but weren't visualized, making it hard to spot issues fast.
Missing workflows
No task tracking or internal messaging.

Solution
Everything in one place
Clearer structure
Staff consolidated into one section with sidebar navigation built for fast switching.
Visual data
Charts and trend lines make performance and activity easy to read at a glance.
Built-in operations
Tasks and messaging brought directly into the platform.
Competitive Analysis
Evaluating general HR and project tools against operations-specific needs.
he benchmark highlights unmet needs in operations management, showing the value of a dedicated platform over fragmented HR and project tools that each handle only half the picture.

Design Process
From branding to UX: creating a streamlined, user-focused management platform.
I began by designing a logo and renaming the platform from "EE" to “E2” to reflect a modern, tech-oriented identity—short, memorable, and aligned with the electronics e-commerce industry. I then defined a clean visual language using colors from the existing site, paired with cool whites and grays to enhance professionalism. In the UX phase, I conducted a competitive analysis of platforms like Monday.com and HiBob, leading to key improvements such as a sidebar navigation and streamlined menu structure.
I combined “Employees” and “Groups” into a unified “Staff” section to reduce clutter, and added features like graphs for visualizing statistics, attribute-based filtering, and a messaging function for internal communication. The final design includes essential tools like edit and delete functions for efficient employee and group management.
